Great customer service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Received a free room upgrade. Room was clean, nostalgic decor, and a very comfy bed. Great location, easy to find, easy to park or pull right up front for valet, and walking distance to practically everything.
My wife and I had been traveling Oregon all week with my mother and her best friend and we all needed a great place to spend our final night before catching an early flight from Portland. I quickly found Heathman Lodge on my Expedia app and booked our rooms easily. I got to be the hero for finding ...
Expedia lost my reservation and Oxford Suites staff had to reenter the reservation for my room. Oxford Suites is in a good location, close to the I-5 Columbia River bridge in the Jantzen Beach area of north Portland. The room was very comfortable and quiet (I only heard another guest once). Very picturesque, you are able to ride a complimentary bicycle along the riverfront, walk the river walk and enjoy the docks or shop/eat with a great view. The hotel restaurant is also an excellent place to grab food. Room was clean and extremely comfortable. Kimpton never lets us down.
Had a great first time in Portland due in no small part to this hotel, specifically the location. It's easy to everywhere from here by foot or quick & cheap cab/Uber. Fantastic!
Great location if you don't want to be right in the centre but close enough to walk, great coffee shop nearby, great bar at hotel, some breweries within walking distance, great staff.
Perfectly located, easy walking distance to everything. The Monaco is eclectic, friendly, comfy and spotlessly clean. Great, positive staff (we interacted with parking attendants, front desk personnel and housekeeping -- all first class).
