“Good location and reasonably comfortable. Air-conditioning wasn't so effective and pillows were quite lumpy. Dissappointed that car parking was not included, especially as the car park was empty and daily charge was significantly higher and less safe than nearby garages. “The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed……

“The room was clean and quaint. I love the clean white look, very nice! I did have a problem finding the light switch, it was a hidden a little deep behind the head of the bed, I had to move the bed to get to the switch. Otherwise it was awesome!”
