Staff was very friendly. The room was rundown, carpet was dirty, tiles were uplifting and a trip hazard. The shower was filthy and the exhaust fan doesn't work, there is a working window in the bathroom thankfully. There is no elevator and you go up four flights of stairs to get to your room. There is an overpriced restaurant right across the street. There is a pool house with separate changing rooms for men and women, although the women's side door didn't lock, the light was burnt out in the shower making it difficult and creepy to use. The spa was hot but the jets barely worked. The sauna wouldn't heat up. The pool was nice. Probably will skip staying here again.

the property was good. the TV was terrible. only worked part time. the switch on the lamp in the bedroom is defective

Fabulous location. Lovely view of bay outside our window. Everything was new and tastefully decorated. Quiet and comfortable. Will definitely return.

How can you not love a place that is so near the ocean. The breakfast was very good. Thank you for having real half and half for the coffee!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was very quiet. I already miss the ocean.

The room was nice and clean. The view of tge water was not very appetizing and it smelled. The Safeway next door is what causes all the problems...the have an old Noisy refrigerator system on its room that puts out a sound like a car alarm blairs 24/7 and tge dont care about fixing it. It can be heard thru the door...luckily i had ear plugs. But knowing this i would not stay there again until its fixed.
