“Great place! Enjoy the stay”

“This place is absolutely AMAZING! We came to town after driving all night and needed a place ASAP. They got us right into a room when they opened. This isn't the norm but they were willing to accommodate our situation and we are SO thankful!!! The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. This is our second time staying here, and it definitely will not be our last. We love this place and will stay here anytime we come to town. Thank you again Southsider for helping us out!!”

“This room was absolutely filthy. Rat droppings in every corner and behind all furniture, blood stained blankets, IV drug use supplies in the nightstand. Staff refused to refund even though we left 15 minutes after we arrived. Expedia refused to refund despite photograph evidence and a receipt from the other model we stayed at last night. Absolutely do not recommend staying at this motel and absolutely encourage you to book via a service that will actually back the customer.”

“I choose this hotel because it has a spa, I needed a soak after long stressful weeks at work. I emailed and called to verify it was available, they assured me it was in service. When I arrived to check in, there was a notice on the desk saying it was not available. Needless to say I was not happy.”

“When I got there the check in was easy. I asked where my room was and they said “over in that area” (it in fact was not over there. Drove around in the dark making my 11yo hop out to check room numbers to find ours) we walked in the room and it gave “1980s horror film” vibes. Had my son go take a shower immediately to get to bed in a timely manner. The water is plumed backwards and the “hot” is like warm. Ac/heat didn’t work. Bed was clean, thank god. There was random trash under the bed. Floors……
