"This was our first experience with VRBO and it set the bar high! The space was very thoughtfully and meticulously layed out to maximize space function. Extra day to day amenities were provided that you may have been forgotten such as bug spray, umbrella, board games, etc. The space was very clean and the A/C and plumbing functioned well. "The location is awesome. The footprint is small but the space is efficiently used. Hosts were great."

"The interior and amenities were perfectly satisfactory, BUT we were disapointed that the yard was not maintained, the firepit that was advertised didnt exist, and the whole street and neighboring property was under major construction. The latter part is no fault of the owners, it was just a bit misleading, thinking we had a cute cozy backyard for the kids to play in, but instead had to share it with work vans and bulldozers. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and I can imagine this place...

"The property owner is so thoughtful and has the property set up well for guests! I feel the location is convenient for visiting Waco or surrounding areas. For us with a student at Baylor, this location being south of Baylor is fabulous for traffic during popular Baylor weekends since you can travel on Old Robinson Road and skip I-35."
