"Rough start, the code had been changed by the manager, but the door was left unlocked, so we initially got right in. When we locked the door and then came back to the property, suddenly we were locked out. It was after dinner and late in the evening. We had to try and get ahold of the host, which took about 1.5 hours. Ultimately, we were given the new code and they brought us a lovely gift basket the next day as an apology. We appreciated the gift basket and understand how the problem happened....

"The property owner is so thoughtful and has the property set up well for guests! I feel the location is convenient for visiting Waco or surrounding areas. For us with a student at Baylor, this location being south of Baylor is fabulous for traffic during popular Baylor weekends since you can travel on Old Robinson Road and skip I-35."

"The interior and amenities were perfectly satisfactory, BUT we were disapointed that the yard was not maintained, the firepit that was advertised didnt exist, and the whole street and neighboring property was under major construction. The latter part is no fault of the owners, it was just a bit misleading, thinking we had a cute cozy backyard for the kids to play in, but instead had to share it with work vans and bulldozers. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay, and I can imagine this place...

"Pics were not what was expected especially outside. Pool was shut down/broke down from what was told was from lots of rain. Outside clutter was extensive. Furniture to sit on had stains and dog hair. Spider webs with spiders in them in bathroom corners. Was told this was the first rental Vrbo guest stay. Laundry room is located in main house. Not specified in advertising. Keys to rental only fit door handle not deadbolt. Wasn’t scared in neighborhood just wanted a key for each. Trash can was...
