"Hotel Isa is perfectly located between the Prati and the Vatican. We walked everywhere from there. The staff went over and beyond to welcome us. From early check in, a room upgrade, a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our anniversary, and even packed us breakfast to go bags at 6:30 am. I would definitely stay there again!"

"I booked this hotel for its location to the Vatican and wasn’t disappointed. It was literally a 5 minute walk from St Peter’s Square. Castel Sant’Angelo is maximum of a 10 minute walk away and this is at a leisurely stroll! There are lots of cafes bars and shops around the hotel and there is a bus stop directly outside the door that takes you anywhere in Rome for €1.50. I used the bus twice- bus 81 to the Colosseum and bus 280 to The Knights of Malta keyhole. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and cheerful which makes all the difference as a solo traveller. I was disappointed that the roof terrace/bar was closed and had been since COVID as this was one of the attractions when booking this accommodation and is still a selling point on Expedia. However there is a very good bar directly below the hotel which I used for my nightly aperitivo instead! The accommodation itself was fine although a little tired looking. However I must stress how clean it was even though it was ready for a refresh which I believe is happening soon due to the sign in the lift. I would definitely recommend a stay if visiting the Vatican"
