"First time on Kauai? Please be aware, nothing is Ocean Front. You may see the ocean, but all housing is high on cliffs and far from the water. Between the roosters and the property maintenance workers, do not plan to sleep past 7 a.m! Would have been nice to have a food option on the property. Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas

"I was very pleased with our stay at Wyndham Bali Hai! The staff and grounds were amazing. There was so much to do on the property. I only have a few small recommendations. Hopefully they are helpful. The jets in the therapy jacuzzi are broken. Not a problem, because they worked at the other hot tub. The rooms were not very clean: lots of dust, not cleaned in corners, tub and shower needed to be cleaned before use. There was no visit to restock items or tidy up the room. :( When we asked for restocked items, they were not delivered. The freaking roosters. Just kidding. There’s nothing that can be done there, but the 4 am wake up call was great for getting an early start to the day. Lol! Maybe a full time rooster tamer who bands their beaks shut? Just. Kidding! More positives: the soaps smelled amazing, and were nice quality. Very convenient, since mine were taken by baggage check. :( The staff: so helpful and kind! With the exception of not restocking our amenities and room cleanliness, everyone was fantastic! Besides on whoopsie by the concierge, where we were told to enjoy our mother/daughter trip (my friend and I are the same age. Lol!). This would have been a bonus, if I wasn’t flagged as the old one. 😂 Location: prime! Gorgeous lookouts, paths, waterfalls, hikes, beaches, restaurants, activities, Thank you for a wonderful experience, and memories that we will always treasure."

"We had a wonderful stay! Location was amazing, parking was super convenient, and the rental had everything we could need. I would definitely recommend! Jim was also an awesome host and very responsive! The balcony was icing on the cake."

Tree Top Suite- Beautiful walk to Hanalei Bay

"We loved staying in this little retreat suite/studio home. It was the perfect size for me and my partner, ideally situated on the north side of the island for easy/driveable access to Hanalei and Kapa'a. Waking up to the sound of birds (not just chickens!) and seeing a tropical view from the large windows was tranquil. We're not fussy, so the hot plate and microwave were enough. We will definitely think of this place if we return to Kauai again! One small note: there's no washing machine or dryer, so plan accordingly. If you do want to do laundry, you can reach out to the host, who is willing to accommodate for a small fee. Otherwise, there is a coin laundry facility in Kapa'a (30 minutes away)."

"Our family of 10 adults really enjoyed our stay in this well-maintained and furnished home. House description and photos accurate plus location was great in a quiet part of Princeville. View of ocean was amazing and also had a nice private beach nearby, but it did take a little bit of effort to walk to especially after the rain. Kitchen well-equipped if planning to cook at home. An added nice touch was there were plenty of books, games and puzzles. Communication was very responsive and detailed from beginning to end. We would definitely consider staying again."
