Between the roosters and the property maintenance workers, do not plan to sleep past 7 a.m! Would have been nice to have a food option on the property. "The unit was in a good location. It was clean and well organized and the host was great with communication and sending relevant info. The unit had AC a comfortable bed and a nice clean bathroom. It also had a great lanai!"

"We had a comfortable stay at Club Wyndham Bali Hai Resort. The room was spacious and clean and the amenities were great, although we didn’t get to enjoy much of I since we had been out and about. Parking was a bit challenging every night when we arrived. The staff were very nice, helpful and professional. I thought, service could be better, like picking up trash when requested. You are expected to empty the trash when it’s full and take it to the dumpsters yourself. The room need updating. The furnitures were old, you also have to make sure you have ac when you booked the condo. My family and I was glad to have that. Over all we had a wonderful stay."

"This is, all told, a fantastic and very comfortable place to stay. It was so nice to have no shortage of comfy surfaces -3 beds and a couch- to come back to after days of hiking and exploration. The place is diagonally across the street from an expanse to look out at the ocean from, and a very short walk from Hideaway Beach. The amenities were great; so nice to have a stove and a working washer/dryer [for how consistently muddy you'll get while hiking..]. If you're staying on the North side, go for it. There was only briefly an issue with running water, turned off for testing upon arrival, which the owners resolved as quickly as they could and which was hardly a problem throughout the week. I'd stay here again, no hesitation, as even if one wasn't bounding around every day like I did it would be a great spot to hang out and enjoy the balcony view with nothing to make the process arduous."

"Check‑in was a genuinely pleasant experience thanks to Gloria. She was kind, friendly, professional, and helpful. However, being handed off to Alexis for the timeshare sales pitch immediately afterward felt uncomfortable and pressured. After a long travel day with little sleep, needing to eat, get my bearings, and meet up with my family, I did not appreciate having to decline a presentation when all I wanted was to settle in. I understand she was doing her job, but it soured the beginning of my stay to have to repeatedly and politely explain that I was too travel‑weary—and needed to coordinate plans with my travel companions—to commit to what she was asking. This same situation occurred when my mother and I checked into a Wyndham property in Kapa‘a in 2023, so it seems worth mentioning as part of my overall experience. The room itself was clean and adequate. I spent most of my time out exploring, so I didn’t use many amenities, but the pool was nice. The jacuzzi, however, was not hot and appears to need maintenance. I enjoyed the hammock, and it was fun hearing other guests sing karaoke in the evenings. Reserved parking closer to each guest’s room would be a meaningful improvement. Overall, it’s a quiet, clean, centrally located property with lovely grounds and friendly employees."

"Property is much nicer in person than the promotional photos. We were immediately impressed with the location, balcony views, and walking distance to hideaway beach. The AC was also much needed after long days in the sun. Princeville itself feels like an entire neighborhood of upscale condos built around the beautiful Makai golf course - a must play for golfers. The island is very navigable with a rental car - we never felt far from anything we wanted to do around KauaiOur room was spotless when we showed up, the host was very clear about expectations, access, and check out. Having in-unit laundry was also a game changer and lightens the load when packing clothes.Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. On a personal note, I’m confused why I saw certain reviews criticizing management. Their instructions are very clear but - as a lawyer - I can tell it’s written by a lawyer. That said, very professional and clear instructions."
