Between the roosters and the property maintenance workers, do not plan to sleep past 7 a.m! Would have been nice to have a food option on the property. "The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and well-prepared when we arrived. The free parking was a great bonus and made everything more convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on our balcony while enjoying the beautiful view of Mt. Waialeale. It was peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to unwind. We had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. We will definitely comeback. My teenage girls had a great time."

"We stayed in July 2026 at Princeville and we lived it. The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the terrace with the garden view. Parking was right in the front of our building, the property well mentioned and the view from the cliff is breath taking. The people at the front desk very welcoming, nice and helpful. We would go back there any time."

"Really clean place with everything you need. The parking was easy and safe. The location was close to many of the beaches and towns in the North Bay like Hanalei Bay. Communication was easy and check in and out was so smooth. I would definitely recommend!"

"This is, all told, a fantastic and very comfortable place to stay. It was so nice to have no shortage of comfy surfaces -3 beds and a couch- to come back to after days of hiking and exploration. The place is diagonally across the street from an expanse to look out at the ocean from, and a very short walk from Hideaway Beach. The amenities were great; so nice to have a stove and a working washer/dryer [for how consistently muddy you'll get while hiking..]. If you're staying on the North side, go for it. There was only briefly an issue with running water, turned off for testing upon arrival, which the owners resolved as quickly as they could and which was hardly a problem throughout the week. I'd stay here again, no hesitation, as even if one wasn't bounding around every day like I did it would be a great spot to hang out and enjoy the balcony view with nothing to make the process arduous."
