Between the roosters and the property maintenance workers, do not plan to sleep past 7 a.m! Would have been nice to have a food option on the property. "Only surprise was that it’s a neighborhood of condo’s as opposed to a traditional hotel. Highly recommend for families looking for a bit more calm from the big hotels in Poipu. The pools are fun. Property is on a stunning cliffs edge with a fabulous sunset. Our condo was wonderful and well equipped. It felt like a “home away from home” and is a fabulous homebase when exploring the island."

"This is the perfect home base for a couple in Princeville! Great location and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for beach days. Parking was easy and convenient. Robyn had excellent communication and went out of her way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!"

"The 2 bedroom unit was homey and large, with en suite bathrooms for each room. AC in every room worked great and Wi-Fi was included. We had a very comfortable stay. The property was super close to restaurants/Foodland/Hanalei. Will stay again!!"

"The studio was thoughtfully appointed, but could use some updates. Lots of extension cords! There were lots of property fees ( check in fee, parking, resort fees) that we weren’t completely prepared for. The resort is fun, lots of activities and lovely location, but because it is on a bluff over the beach - there are lots of hills to negotiate. The views are fantastic, and the hills are worth it - but just be prepared to walk uphill."
