“Newly remodeled, nice!”

“The elevator was out of service and front desk didn’t inform us at check in. Then she put us on the third floor. When we figured it out we asked for a room on the first floor but was able to get one on the second floor. I don’t understand why they’d expect the guests to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The shower curtain had black mold on the lower portion. The bathroom floor hasn’t been cleaned behind the doors in a while. The bathroom doors were dingy around the knobs. The room……

“I liked the pool and hot tub. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk attendant was kind and informative. Only negative was a large bag of trash in the hall on the third floor. But that was moved out before the end of my stay.”
