The hotel staff was very nice. When we got to the room we thought it was going to be tiny cuz the hotel is pretty small But the rooms are actually pretty large and comfortable. The only thing about our room is they had some curtains but our windows were facing the street and we could see the streetlights ...
Walking distance to shops & restaurant’s Connects to other casinos
The hotel was really nice but not in the best area. The staff was really nice. The maid didn't clean the room very well during our stay but the room was very clean when we arrived. They claim to have the best beds but they were still uncomfortable. The restaurants 8n the hotel were expensive but ...
We stayed 3 nights over Easter weekend. It was a GREAT price. Parking was easy. The staff was VERY friendly. We felt safe, and all was clean. It IS an older, peculiar building, so it's a little rundown. However, we would definitely stay there again as well as recommend it to friends.
The hotel is a gorgeous Victorian with so much history it will require more visits for proper study. Quiet mountain town full of characters with Mike, Cindy and the hotel's caretakers being some of the most gracious I have encountered. Solid food, great bar and incredible views.
Great place to stay in Cripple Creek. Nostalgic and beautiful. Not a bed and breakfast but the next best thing.
This is an affordable hotel in Colorado Springs. I thought the owner was very nice. My favorite thing about this hotel is that it is directly across the street from The Black Sheep, a local live music venue. When I come to town for a show I like to stay here!
Not bad for a cheap place to post up for the night. The room wasn’t anything spectacular but the staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was....free lol.
We liked it there because it is comfortable and quiet, the only thing we didn't like is there is too many drunks and homeless people and it is close to a lot places you can visit.
I travel by car from los Angeles to Colorado for a funeral a close relative passed away. Val U stay was the closest and cheapest we enjoy our stay
Hotel needs an up grade, carpets are need a good cleaning., curtains needs to be replaced.
The room decor was a bit dated. The staff were nice and friendly. We only stayed one night on our way to Albuquerque. The bedding and room were clean and there weren't any unpleasant odors. There was a coffee pot and coffee provided as well as a laundry room. Snacks are for sale in the office. There ...
Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Looks like lately remodeled.
Great little place. Nice owner. Room was very clean and cozy. Would stay here again for sure. Can’t beat it for the price. Better than any $100 plus hotel in Cañon City.
Gorgeous location and impeccably designed rooms. Really wonderful stay.
