I asked for 2 rooms together they did not accommodate despite me asking for this way ahead of time. Although I know it's not guaranteed it was still annoying. The family room was spacious. The service is average. Workers seem to be bothered by having to work. Food is not good at all. There is no restaurant that is always open. The restaurant times are very confusing because they all have different hours. Despite room service being 24 hours and the hotel being all inclusive it doesn't mean you can get room service whenever you want. ROOM SERVICE IS ONLY INCLUDED ONCE PER DAY. I find this to be dumb and they should make it clear when booking. If you need water and don't like drinking from the refillable water fountain make sure to bring your own bottled water. They do not provide any bottled water. The mini fridge is only refilled once daily and again you can not order extra drinks through room service. The only positive thing is that they do have multiple activities a day. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here. I have stayed at hotels with better food and better service. This condo is in the perfect place. The beaches are amazing and the views are spectacular, just like a postcard! We saw whales jumping on many occasions too! The balcony is amazing to see the sunset, sunrise, and to eat or enjoy a coffee. We were a bit surprised by the condo not having 2 bedrooms. It is more like one bedroom and then sleeping area in the main room. This suited us fine since we travelled with kids but if it was 2 couples then you might want more privacy. That being said, we loved the beds (King & Double) and there were plenty of sheets and blankets and towels to use. There is laundry in the building too! Everything you need is there to enjoy! All the necessities in the kitchen, including condiments, etc. Great WiFi for all devices. You can also get WiFi at the pool and around. Kimberley was a great host and easy to reach with any problems and she even let us know about when the live music nights were and how to get to town on the bus that stops right in front, for 10 pesos!!! She let us know about a power outage that was scheduled one day and a few other special events! The staff all around are lovely. The restaurant is great! They even have a shop on site for essentials. Pools were great, service pool side at adult pool were great. You can order whatever you want as long as your are specific about brand names. Beer and wine lists are limited as well as mini bar choices, but they are stocked daily. We chose premium level and for not much extra we were beach front with very large 1 bedroom suite with dining room, family room, wrap around balcony. Well worth the money. Premium level lounge was disappointing. Should be on a rooftop looking out over the water. It’s tucked away in a corner, no view, never anyone in there. Overall food was disappointing in premium lounge, mini bar fridge, Los Marcos. Buffet was great daily, you learn to pick what you like, there are many choices. Don Quixote was best restaurant.
