“My family and I just returned from Maui, and this was our first - and absolutely our last - time using VRBO…We booked a two-bedroom unit for four nights. Upon arrival, we were told our reservation had been completely mishandled and split across multiple rooms: a two-bedroom for two nights, a one-bedroom for the third night, and a studio for the fourth. That meant packing up and moving three times during a four-night vacation, which was completely unacceptable and nowhere close to what we had……

“We had an amazing time here. We stayed for half a month & it was a fantastic time. They were so fast to respond to anything we needed or asked. A week into our stay the washer broke down. They had maintenance out within a day & a new washer just within a couple of days. They also got us extra towels in the meantime until we could do a load of towels! They were great about communicating overall. It was a great spot to stay, right by one of the pools, & by the ocean. We loved our stay!”

“This is a beautiful condo near the beach and many walking paths in a great area of Kapalua. There are many great restaurants in the area and great snorkeling within walking distance. The bed is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the view is hard to beat. We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again,”
