“Beautiful view and good responsive management. When we arrived it was not cleaned but they were quick to respond and waived cleaning fee. The unit is spacious with beautiful ocean views but there was no AC and it has a bug problem and should be fumigated. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated the TV has no live steam option in family room but did have it in the bedrooms which was nice. "员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。"
