“Very relaxing stay by the the water of Seneca Lake. The facility was kind of quaint which added to it's charm. Nice base to use to explore this area of the Finger Lakes.”

“The hotel is not in an ideal area for families. Our room had a smoke smell even though the hotel is non-smoking. The room did not look as though it was thoroughly cleaned. There were unhoused people outside at night. Would not recommend for a family trip like we had. We booked 2 rooms in the same order and were initially given rooms in 2 different floors. We had to ask for rooms closer to each other. We were told there may not be many rooms left but the parking lot was empty. Looks like a hotel……

“There was a couple of people directly above our room that decided to have a fight in their room just before midnight. We were both waken by this disturbance. It settled down quickly, so we figured someone called it in. Not sure if we will stay here again.”

“This is a very reasonable and affordable place to stay as a solo or family traveler. It's a small independent motel that feels like a throwback to the 80s or 90s with actual metal room keys and decor that feels like your Grandma's spare room. The pool is well maintained and clean; the room I stayed in was decently cleaned but the maid definitely needed to check under the bed after the last guests left. The deluxe king bed room itself was enormous for a family of three just spending one night.……

“Very friendly hosts at a charming nook in the Finger Lakes region. The breakfasts were very tasty (and filling!), the property was beautiful, and there is access to several fun hikes and outdoor activities. If you're looking for a fast-paced location with lots to do, this might not be for you. However, if you're looking for a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is perfect.”
