The icing on the cake was the availability of very nice beach accessories: chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, etc. Indicates that this owner is conscientious and knows what he's doing. The unit has absolutely everything you need to enjoy and week or two at the beach, including sharp knives for good cooks and plenty of laundry detergent. "We just returned from SanIbel and thought the condo was above our expectations. Per the description the pool is just a few steps and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, lovely new bath and beach towels, and everything spotless."
