Llegamos a las 3pm y esa agua estaba de nevera, así q no pudimos usarla, pero ya que pagué obviamente porq tenía picina privada, al otro dia la usamos así d congelada, como 20 mins. porq de verdad estaba fría y hacía mucho viento, pero por lo demás, super bien. “We loved RBR! It's a beautiful resort with an awesome pool, swim-up bar (seasonal) and hot tub, and a pool grill. There's even a kiddie pool. The ocean views are incredible, and it even has a small private beach. Unlike most hotels, you can open your windows and hear the waves. The rooms have a small refrigerator. The shower was great--good pressure. The hotel grounds are beautiful--really well kept and a lobby bar with TVs. We had one breakfast and one dinner in the restaurant and both were……

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

They also communicated through whatsapp which also felt scammy. We finally got on the same page via email and text and they ran my credit card for payment.
