“Not impressed. The hotel is using the facilities of The Embassy Suites that is next to them. There were no phone on the room, we were 4 people and there were 2 towels, 2 toilet paper rolls and no bath towel for the floor. A little run down and a bit pricey for the look.”

“This place was amazing. Everything about the hospitality to the view of the place was beautiful. It was so private and quiet. I will definitely recommend to anyone who’s coming to San Juan for the first time.”

“No water for over 12 hours and the beach is located across the highway you will have to go up stairs and cross the bridge not how it was showed on the website:”

“J’ai séjourné 4 nuits La 2 e journée la chambre n’avait pas été faite J’ai texté l’employé car il n’y a jamais personne à la réception. J’ai demandé de faire la chambre.Le lendemain la 3 e journée la chambre n’a pas été faite Je suis allé a la reception me plaindre car enfin un être humain. La préposée a écris une note dans son ordi.La 4 e journée même situation et je me suis encore plaint.Dans tout mon séjour ils n’ont jamais nettoyé ma chambre , pas de serviette propre. En plus pas d’eau……

“Amazing location , also the staff was great , they had power and water which is great as the island sometimes struggle with that. The hot tub was clean all the time , amazing place to stay”

“Amazing place to stay in Old SJ the location is AMAZING , like great area. It was super clean , staff was great the only thing is that it could be a bit noisy but personally that’s didn’t bother me.”

“Very helpful staff, clean rooms, Air conditioning works all the time never had any problems. Staff may not be there for certain periods of time which is odd. I ended up calling a corporate number just to get in during certain times of the night. It’s nice because it’s near la placitia and viejo san juan as they’re both 5-10 mins away driving wise. Beds are also really comfy”

“This hotel is very very affordable in an excellent location! The staff was very nice and accommodating. Even with the water issues on the island I was able to have a good shower. I parked out front which didn’t seem to be an issue and the room came equipped with A/C and a TV.”
