"This resort is top notch!
Great service- any questions I had were immediately answered and addressed by concierge. They were SO helpful with everything from towels to reservations and off sight transportation. Fernanda is fantastic!
Restaurants- the food here is delicious. They have mastered everything from Italian food to Thai, and I was pleasantly surprised. Even the buffet was fantastic, each night the food was different and offered authentic cuisine as well as comfort foods from home. The French toast in the morning was GREAT and the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp was the best id ever had.
Rooms- my view from the sunset view room was absolutely gorgeous. The room was spotless and the housekeeper did a great job keeping it clean throughout the week. They pay attention to detail and even make sure the floor is sand free after those Long Beach days, which is something I had struggled with when staying at other beach side resorts such as Atlantis.
Suggestions for travelers:
Reservations- make the reservations for the week first thing in the morning.
Towels- this resort is short hundreds of towels for the amount of people that it can host. Grab them first thing in the morning or literally whenever you see them. If you plan on a late start, stock up the night before.
Environment- this is a pretty low key resort, not much to do after 9pm as pools close at 8 as well as beach access. More family friendly, but the lower pool can get rowdy!

"Royal Uno is a newly opened resort under Royal Group. The room is new and in modern style, the beds are comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. We love the food in different restaurants and the service there. Also the entertainment such as video game room, kids club and the night show gave us an amazing stay. "

"Enjoyed the many services provided like drink service to the beaches and the grill outside by the pool for easy lunch dining. also enjoyed the liquor within the rooms for meals there were a few times where i wish there was a filtered water station as at some meals I felt as though I was waiting a tad to long for a server but overall that did not ruin my stay in the slightest."

"Too much involvement from personnel to do tours ,time -share or equivalent viewings especially just on arrival after a long journey .There was constant pestering from agents to upgrade ,take other packages (even while checking
out !) at a discounted rate ,in the lobby area .
Serving staff very pleasant and helpful ,facilities excellent ,food great and varied though booking for the special restaurants was hard to do and had to be done 48 hours ahead .
Beach and pool facilities also very good ."

"My husband I loved staying here. Overall we loved the food choices and the staff is the kindest staff I’ve ever seen. To me, the food was a step above any all inclusive I’ve ever stayed at. There was an included Starbucks, Italian restaurant with breakfast or lunch, breakfast buffet, seafood restaurant with lunch on the beach, Mediterranean with a deck overlooking the ocean, hidden garden for dinner which was so cute and had good Asian food, and a fancy dinner spot with a piano playing. Plus there’s a sushi station where you can get sushi in less than 15 minutes all evening! We loved all of the food we ate. The resort is gorgeous and so are the views and infinity pool. The restrooms are super clean by the pools. Also we got a cabana one day which included a foot message for about $70– well worth the money for the comfort!
We also got a couples message at the spa which was great and it was easy to make a reservation once we got there.
