Out dated. Very run down compared to the photos. One of the pools were closed. Beach was closed. Lots of water damage. Limited dinning experiences. Says VIP access, don’t know what access was VIP. Had to pay extra to get different colored bracelets for “premium” alcohol.

The room had water leak problems. Incredible humidity. I was sick with allergies the whole stay because of this. It was hot everywhere, the food at the buffet was average and the drinks were terrible. The workers were very friendly and helpful, but they didn't solve your needs. The doors and beds in the room were broken and swollen from the humidity! This is never a 5 star hotel.

Es un hotel minimalista, no hay comida mexicana como un turista espera ver, no te reciben con los cócteles ni esperes la botella de burbujas al menos que la pidas. La habitación en todo momento estuvo limpia y siempre nos ponian lo necesario. La Habitación con una buena vista a la playa. No esperes diversión ni atracciones en el Hotel diría que es para seniors no para jóvenes. Los meseros del buffet muy buenas personas de todo el hotel quienes mejor hicieron el trabajo un 10 de 10 para ellos.

The property is beautiful with first look. However, the rooms are old looking once you get in. We were supposed to have a pull out couch in our room and we did not, I booked the Inspira Junior Suite Ocean Front room, and in the picture there was a King size bed and a couch, but not in person. I had to complain about the A/C not working and supposedly they fixed the issues, but it still never got cooler in the room. I called the front desk multiple times about this issue. There was only one pool that had water in, the other was empty. Limited space to lay out in the pool area. There was a way to get to the beach right from the hotel, but it was closed off, so we were unable to go on the beach during our stay. There is nothing really to do on the resort. The music sucked outside by the pool area, when it was on. The pool and hot tub closed early at 8PM. The bar didn't open until 10AM. I would not recommend this resort to anyone that goes to Cancun. The only good thing about the resort was the view, it was amazing! I was disappointed.
