“This is a hidden gem in the midst of a very busy area. The entrance is tucked away on a side street, so uncharateristic of most hotels. The staff is amazing and so willing to help. The breakfasts were so much more than expected, from eggs, toast, pancakes, yogurts and juices to more!! Late afternoon snacks or coffee was available as well. “There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result. The room size is quite small but the bathroom is spacious. For the second and third nights, the hotel moved us to the second floor with balcony which gave us a little of……

“Great location. Delicious fresh buffet breakfast that was included. Helpful to be on go with kids, but you need to make reservation which was annoying bc I don't think necessary. My kids 4 and 7 and hotel play area def for kids 3 and under. I thought I'd have somewhere for them to "get sillies out" and not helpful for me bc felt like I had to keep quiet bc it's tucked behind reception. It's still city boutique size.
