“The staff were especially nice and helpful. I did use the pool and when I was there it was a very nice crowd and bar. Great location-it’s quiet but if you walk couple blocks at night it has fun loud bars/clubs. They also offered excursions so before you go I would suggest asking them about what they offer (their river cruise was completely booked when I inquired about it). 100%when I go back to Lisbon I will stay here again.”

“There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result.
