“This was my worst hotel stay. I was initially assigned to room 419\. When I entered, it smelled like urine and I couldn't check in. Then I asked the front desk to change me to room 611\. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad.
