“The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.The photos were VERY misleading. The photos made the room look warmly decorated and comfortable. The actual room was bare bones. No lamps - only harsh overhead lighting. It was called an extended stay, but there wasn’t even a coffee pot. Full kitchen with zero utensils, dishes, pots - nothing. Bare floor with no throw rugs. There was no clear communication regarding checkout. The office opened at 10am with no direction how to check out earlier. I left……

“Overall a nice stay. It is an apartment on one side of a house with full-time residents living on the other side. I would have felt bad bringing my little kids along but it was fine for my teen and I. The beds were comfy and lots of extras to not have to take along-iron, hair dryer, kitchen items.”

“My family, all adults now, enjoyed how close entertainment and eating establishments were. Very quiet, clean neighborhood. Lots of very nice dog walkers for neighbors. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.We were all there for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great communication communications with the owners.”

“This was a perfect stay for us during our trip to Raleigh. The property was very clean, easy to find, and had ample parking. Everything we needed was provided. Natalia is an excellent communicator and told us everything we needed to know without our having to ask. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Raleigh.”

“My family's experience renting this property this past weekend was very poor. While the apartment and amenities were good, the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It we had any other choice, we would've left immediately. When we arrived, the apartment looked like someone tried hard to do as little as possible to make it look clean. The previous occupant had a pet, and there was hair everywhere. The floors had not been swept, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the rugs in the bathroom had not……

I appreciated having everything I needed... dishes and silverware, washingmachine, coffee and coffee pot. The neighborhood is beautiful and a wonderful place for morning walks. I would definitely reserve this unit again when I visit Durham.”

“This is a very clean, rather stark property with the basics. Not cozy or homelike, but it serves it's purpose. The owners were very responsive & nice when we needed more dishes or other kitchen basics. Street noise is an issue, busy main street near stop light, fire, police & ambulance sirens day & nite. Use the sound machine they provide, bring earplugs. Good for a college student.student”
