My husband and I were there for our 50th high school reunion and our Abnb experience helped make for a fantastic trip. It is a quiet neighborhood and the property is beautifully landscaped. The bed was comfortable and nice linens. The kitchenette was very clean and useful. The shower was a little different for us old farts but we got the hang of it! We had a small problem with the coffee pot and Ben came right down to check it out. He and his wife are lovely and helpful. The do not intrude on your privacy. Only suggestion is provide someway to make hot water for hot tea. I am a tea drinker and hot tea in microwave is a no no. We will definitely be back and this will probably become our home away from home whenever we are in Raleigh! Thanks Ben!

Great location and super clean
I had surgery around the corner and this spot was super convenient to the surgical centre as well as restaurants, making it easy to not have to over manage. It was peaceful and quiet. Much appreciated. We dint get to play pool but it was certainly enticing.

When we arrived we meet the host who was very friendly. We had small issues with unlocking the door which could have been user error. Host quickly fixed it. The suite was very clean and welcoming. The host was quick with answering any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a nice stay, property was super clean and easy to access. We did have an issue with the fridge leaking the whole stay but it wasn’t a huge problem. There was also a strong chemical smell that stayed on our hair and clothes but at least it was reassurance that the place was clean! The host was very nice and we would stay here again/recommend to a friend.

I really enjoyed my stay here for one night as I was in town to visit a friend. We played pool and had a great time , the space was very clean and the hosts provided water , beers, coffee and board games. The bed was really soft and comfy , and the bathroom was spacious with a nice shower.

The Perfect Location for Us
My wife and I were visiting our Son who's apartment was less than 15 minutes from the place. It's also conveniently located to access freeways into Raleigh and the surrounding sites as well as close to a Food Lion. We played more pool than anytime in our life and the game room was full of diverse games. Ben was a congenial host and responsive to requested needs.
