Check in was confusing. Was showed to a room that was not ready. Then shown a room that already had someone in it. Then the 3rd room was on the 4th floor where they were renovating. Room was far enough away from the construction that it was very quiet. Furniture in the room is adquate but outdated. Bathroom had a dirty towel hanging in it. Staff was very friendly. Facility is pet friendly with nice pet area. Breakfast was adequate with variety. Would i stay there again? Probably.

The property itself was nice, front desk staff that we interacted with was nice. Our room was okay, the paneling around of mini fridge was warped and missing, there were marks on the wall where furniture had hit it too hard and a stain on the ceiling come from the air vent that I looked at a lot, but in general the room was clean and the bed was comfy. We only stayed for a night, so not enough time to enjoy all the amenities. The included breakfast was nice with a fair amount of choices. Overall a decent stay.

We stayed here for a conference, so all of our meals were covered offsite. The room was nice, but there was some damage to the shower itself.The staff was OK, but not necessarily very friendly. We tried to make them aware that the heat pump in our room had an issue and would never shut off even though the thermostat was calling it to shut down. This caused the room to either overheat or over cool they seemed in different about this situation. hopefully somebody will take a look at it before it’s mechanically damaged.

The suite was very comfortable. It provided all the amenities that someone would need for a long stay. The kitchen had pots and pans, as well as dishes. The beds were surprising comfortable compared to many other hotels. I would highly recommend this.

Property was secluded and quiet, grounds were kept well. Staff was OK. Room was nice however not cleaned very well. There was a lot of hair in the bathtub that hadn't been.cleaned

The room had blood in the bathroom when we arrived. I notified maintenance and they cleaned it pretty quickly, but I gave it 3 stars for that. The front lobby is beautiful and the breakfast bar was great every morning! I loved the secluded quiet of the location!

The grounds are beautiful around the hotel. The room smelled musty and every piece of trim and furniture was worn. Breakfast buffet was great and the staff was very nice.

I like that there was free breakfast. I like d the outdoor area. I like that it was a sweet. I think some of the things in the suite were a little old on the older side but it was very comfortable

This is a beautiful hotel has a very cozy cabin type feeling. I really appreciate the commentary breakfast and manager’s reception. Way to go above and beyond. I’m looking forward to staying here many times over.
