"I was only here for one night, but the hotel was very clean and accessible. Beds were nice, room was spacious, and bathroom was spotless. Seemed a little dated but nothing bad at all. Staff was friendly. Only issue I had, was a cleaning staff member walked into my room unannounced while I was showering and my wife was changing. This was due to another staff member checking us out when we had not checked out. The cleaning staff member showed us that they told her we had checked out. It was a minor incident but could have been worse. Mistakes happen and I would stay there again."

"Overall decent stay. Room was a little musty, the ac unit had some filter sticking out & shower had some issues- pressure not greatest, chrome gone on shower turn on/off. Breakfast buffet was okay. The hotel looks really cool from outside-castle. Knights all around. Has a nice water feature. Parking can be crazy. We were in building 1 but had to park behind building 3 as no other spots available."
