“The staff was absolutely amazing they're so nice they welcome you they have a good breakfast I've been staying there now 4 weeks and it's been nothing but pleasant . they are absolutely amazing. “Flawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music……
