“Nothing to dislike. This was my 2nd home until it was shut down. Reopened in May so of course after bouncing around other hotels in the area I'm back where I belong. Welcomed by Nelson and Sam when I walked in. New at reception was warmly welcomed by Gezennia. Went to the new bar area to see Javier. Nice renovated room on the 25th floor. Hotel renovations are great. As a Broadway fan close to All Broadway theatres and TKTS for discounted tickets. Plenty of restaurants for meals in all price……

“Where to start. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel this one is warranted. Upon check in, I was up at the front with one of the ladies for about 20 minutes. I specifically explained I wanted card #1 to be used for the room and fees, and card #2 to be used for the room hold. After swiping each card 3 different times she said it was all set. She also said they cap the hold fees at $300 to give me a peace of mind bc we were staying for 7 nights and those fees can add up nightly! I was very……

“The transportation is very convenient, but the facilities are a bit old ”

“The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA”
