“Place is very noisy, especially at night when your long-term tenants are out and about. The stairway smell like urine and feces. The garbage was overfilled and the hallways smelled of marijuana. The bed was comfortable and the staff cleaned the room every day. There were people just sitting in their cars with the cars, running at all hours of the night tents in the adjacent properties.
