“STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PROPERTY!! I booked 4 nights here for work, and from the start the owners were incredibly rude, impolite, and difficult. The room paid for was to be non-smoking yet it had a strong smell of smoke. Front desk refused to assign another room. I notified the manager that my project was canceled a day early (3 days before checkout) and that I needed to check out a day in advance. The manager indicated that they would not help me and would not provide……

“Stinky rooms, loud people, and dirty floors, towels are stained and bedding is yellowish not white anymore.”

“Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Early check in and late check out, prompt when I needed things replinshed, and friendly.”

“Paid for a room I didn’t even check into . Staff was rude. Didnt have the room I reserved when getting to the motel. Property looked torn up, and felt so uncomfortable I left with out checking into the room”

“Do not stay here. Property was absolutely disgusting, there were piles of ash on my rooms floor, the entire floor was slightly sticky, and I booked a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. There were large flakes of caked dust hanging from the ceiling. Holes in the sheets and comforters that had obviously been cut out to hide cigarette burns, and multiple stains throughout the bedding as well. The door lock shook with a tiny bit of movement and the deadlock didn't lock. The AC unit emitted……

“Was not at the property much. Just to sleep Did not use any amenities. Convenient to restaurants and outlet mall”

“The pictures of the property clearly show that the breakfast is available whereas there was no breakfast.”
