“The Hotel needs to be updated, stains on the carpets and it didn’t feel fresh and clean. The TV’s need to be updated too to have the apps on there where you can just log into your own accounts. It was also very expensive for the quality of hotel that it was.”

“Good ”

“We live a little over an hour from this location and stay here every time we go to the Columbus Funny Bone. It has a great location for shopping, eating and the Funny Bone. Hilton has the BEST pillows and the staff has always been great to us!”

“thank you ”

“Bathroom had black mold above shower head. Clearly there was a leak that tried to be patched up. No elevator. We were on the first floor. Room smelled like urine. Found hair in sheets. There was a dog next door. I assume that's why our room smelled like urine--from other animals in these rooms. Furniture was stained. It was gross.”
