“Accessible room shower was broken and changed me to a standard room without notification. As a wheelchair user this is not possible. Ended up having to stay in thr accessible room with no water. Was charged for two nights at full price even though I did not stay thr second night and had requested a refund”

The bedspread looked stained, and when I pulled back the sheets, I found pubic hair and long black hairs, indicating the bedding had not been changed. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine. “My stay was terribly disappointing! First, the property is across the street from an abandoned building! Next the staff are not present when you enter as I had to repeatedly wait and call out for assistance each time I went to the front because no staff members were present and they had a bell to ring but moved the bell the next day to avoid from being interrupted! I requested a cleaning service at the front desk and with the housekeeping staff and the request got ignored as I came back to a……
