Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other rooms have full size bed .There are smart TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " Security system & nice late model appliances will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful & quiet. Stayed here for 40th U of R reunion weekend. We could walk to the school from the house - how perfect was that! Host very responsive and helpful. Would love to reserve this house again.

Perfect spot to stay for the weekend.

We were in town for wedding weekend and this couldn’t have been a better location. So many great spots for coffee or lunch within just a few minutes. The house was just as described in the listing and was perfect accommodations for 3 adults and our toddler. I would recommend to anyone staying in Richmond!

Easter Weekend with Family

Fantastic Property and Stay

The house, in addition to the number of bedrooms, has a lot of amenities and ample parking spaces. Great location for access to UofR, restaurants, and other attractions. The location is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. I highly recommend this home.
