“ I recently stayed at IBIS budget hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, there were a few aspects of the hotel that made my stay less than satisfactory. Firstly, I was surprised to find out that the hotel required a deposit for the use of a hairdryer. This seemed unusual to me, as hairdryers are a standard amenity in most hotels. Additionally, the bathroom lacked any sort of curtain or door, which made it quite awkward and uncomfortable for my family. This lack of……

“My room features a kitchen equipped with an oven, a living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The bathroom is large and modern. There's also a second TV in the bedroom, both of which can sync with my iPad—perfect for cozy movie nights. The location is very convenient, being close to the train station and right next to the exhibition centre. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a fantastic place to stay.”

“Lage super. Personal nicht unbedingt serviceorientiert (eher so „Zeit absitzen“), Sauberkeit Katastrophe. Man merkt, dass da einfach mal eben drüber geputzt wurde. Die typischen Stellen/Ecken dreckig. Eingestaubter/verklebter Föhn, Blut(?)-Flecken an der Wand runterlaufend, im Eingangsbereich im „Snackstand“ sind die Flaschen eingestaubt. Das Personal sieht auf jeden Fall nicht aus, als wäre es extrem gestresst. Wer hier Urlaub machen möchte und viel Ruhe sucht, muss woanders hin, da die Zimmer……

“The service is really poor. We hung the card outside the room for 2 days and especially talked to the house keeper guy that we need room cleaning on the 2nd day, but still not done. They claimed we didn’t hang the cleaning request card correctly but in fact we did. N even on the 3rd day after room cleaning, the used bedsheet was hung on top of the TV without taking away. ”
