“The unit was as described. Clean and nice ! David communicated quickly and was helpful. A definite for a weekend or longer stay, walking distance for around town. If you have trouble with stairs might want an alternative. There is an excellent fair priced restaurant/ bar with patio next door... Check this unit out !”

“This is premier condo on the Neuse river. Communication with Patricia was excellent and she was a responsive host. The expansive balcony overlooking the Neuse river was great for enjoying the river and boats. New Bern has a lot to offer and recommend the Trolley tour, ghost walk and Tyron.”

“Super clean and so cozy”

“The best part of our stay was making coffee in the morning and sitting on the screen porch relaxing, listening to the birds. A short walk to the harbor or the rec center (with two pools! - $10/day for the 2 of us). Very quiet, felt safe.”

“This was a cool place to stay, quiet neighborhood and 5 minute drive across the bridge to New Bern. Pool table was fun and loved the fish! Love that the building used to be a store, very interesting history. Would definitely stay here again.”

We really enjoyed our stay and found the host, Christine Britton, to be very welcoming and responsive to all of our needs. Christine did everything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and we will be coming back whenever we visit New Bern (my wife’s hometown) in the future. I would enthusiastically recommend this property to friends and family.”

“The place was very clean an in an incredible spot. Host was very helpful and very accommodating. Very quiet and relaxing community with many things to do such as the going to the pool, going down to the docks or playing basketball. 10/10 stay would recommend. ”
