Book Rock Bed & Breakfast

"Our host Mark was just so lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and quiet with a lovely view. It's a very short stroll to the beach and cafes, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and will go back."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly and parking was great. We will definitely return when again in this beautiful area of Northumberland."

"Exceptional property, have booked to stay again in JUNE 2027, would recommend."

"Really lovely friendly staff we loved our stay"

"lovely place to stay the food is wonderful, comfortable bed and everything you need."

"The bed and breakfast experience lived up to its billing with prompt and excellent service from Michelle whenever requested. Breakfasts were excellent with a wide range of choices and the rooms were kept tidy with the suite providing the opportunity to relax in private. "

"Such a lovely quiet area , the garden area on good day is great to sit out in , breakfast is really good too"

"Good, but unable to cook"

"Lovely place to stay. Cant fault at all. Will definitely be coming back."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchenette was really useful and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk away if you don’t want to go out for a meal. Access via code was really easy and there was plenty of parking close by. My messages were answered quickly and I was provided with all the information I needed in advance of our arrival. We will definitely be back next till we are in the area "

"After a last minute change of plans beyond our control, the staff really went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable, even providing food outside of kitchen hours and an earlier breakfast time. Can't say enough good things, would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Alnwick."

"Such a shame- could have been 5 star!! Internally the room was great, very comfortable and modern BUT from outside looked dreadful- dirty windows, dead window boxes and number missing from the door. Was very inconvenient, having to go out and buy tea & coffee ( I had asked before we travelled and was assured it was provided.) I draw the line at having to buy loo roll !! Attention to detail needed!"

"Lovely place and location, only niggle the window in the room would not shut fully, you could get your hand in between the frame and window, we are in the middle of a heatwave, room was tòo cold."

"Run by a lovely, very helpful couple who want your stay to be as good as it can be. Provided parking, excellent breakfasts, helpful local knowledge. The room was very clean and was refreshed & restocked each day. Highly recommended."

"Very welcoming hosts and spotlessly clean room. Lovely breakfast too."

"Lovely location, nice room, breakfast was very nice and overall great for the price "

"I loved this opportunity to stay in Ingram, at the East entrance to the Northumberland National Park. This B&B is luxurious, quiet and lovely, with great food and atmosphere. There is easy access to beautiful walks in and above the Breamish Valley. I would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed here a number of times. It's perfect for a quiet retreat with no distractions such as TV or phones. Owner tim is always on hand polite and helpful. Highly recommend the place."
