“Easy to find, friendly and helpful staff. Room was a bit dated and looked like bathroom had been updated but still needed a good clean on paintwork, which also needed painting. Door to room was not tight fitting and light from landing was visible all night down one side.”

“Very dirty room. Dust everywhere. Throw cushions stank of sweat. Bathroom was clean but drain was clogged. Staff came with plunger and showed me that he “fixed it” when my son was trying to shower drain started flooding again. We ended up not showering We found someone’s stale crisps under our bed. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with state of the room I got shoulder shrug. Also reception was never attended and lots of sensitive customer info on the view that anyone could access. Not a……
