"Cute updated apartment in an older (maybe historic) building had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Firm bed with soft bedding, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, great pumpkin pine floors. Easy to get to from Boston. Really easy parking! (lot in back of building). Convenient check in process. Perfect for a couple or young family."

"The apartment was newly renovated and comfortable. The manager was responsive and accomodating. The location worked well for us. Having previously lived in MA we were familiar with the area. I would figure out a way to let people know it is on the 3rd floor before booking though because some people may have a problem with the stairs. There may have been a mention but I missed it somewhere."

"Arriving here felt just like arriving home. The beds, towels, toiletries were all ready from the moment we walked in, everything was in plentiful supply, and we were able to get right to shower and sleep after a long day of travel. Coming back to this property in between outings felt like coming home and we had a great time decompressing and playing some of the block games provided, not to mention streaming shows on the included video network and smart tvs. The location was literally right...

"The property manager was not friendly nor helpful. She was very angry with me because I brought my little dog who is my service animal. She made it very clear the only reason she would have a service animal on her property was because it is the law. She told me she would have given us a different room knowing we had a dog. Because other people have allergies to dogs. I explained to her this breed of dog does not shed. She told me I should have called her in advance to notify her of having a dog....

"The checkin was the only confusing part as we didnt realize which part of the house to enter and one of the residents was confused why we were driving into the driveway. However, after we got settled in, the downstairs portion of the house we were in was very clean and well furnished for us. We really enjoyed it, and the location for Salem was fantastic. Only a few minutes away from downtown."

"The house was very clean. Communication was very good. The location was great. It was about a mile walk to downtown Salem. I enjoyed taking slightly different routes each time we walked downtown. I saw some people complain about the upstairs neighbor. I found her to be very pleasant and nice. The gentleman who lives next door was also very helpful and nice.
