"Location was safe and very convenient. Condo was clean and the kitchen was well enough equipped. Tony's Fish Market was awesome and right behind the condo complex. They are a full grocery store and had hot food and salad bar. The only reason I didn't rate higher was the parking. My assigned spot was great, but someone parked in it one night and the concierge service wanted me to park in a rental spot located offsite and several minute walk away. "The property was great. Clean, charming, and full of accommodations. Check in/out was really simple if you need a quick place to crash, but has everything you need for a longer stay. The best part was the communication with the host though. Very easy to get in touch with, very detailed in answering questions, and was understanding when discussing damage found from a previous guest. Overall would stay again. "

"Newly renovated home with all the needs of any travelling party. Within 15 minute walk of Blue Line and cab ride away from one of the best Blues bars in Chicago. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!"

"Location is great, but there are few issues:1- house was not very clean (e.g., floor was dirty)2- the front door windows don't have blinds, and given the shared entrance with the other unit, there was not privacy, anyone can peak inside my apartment.The same applies to the window by the stairs in the back."
