“The hotel is clean. The woman who checked me in was nice. However, when I called the next day about a random additional charge on my card, the person I spoke to was very unpleasant. If you’re traveling with a dog, do NOT stay here. The pet fee is $75! Most hotels have between a $15-$25 dollar pet fee. I was told what the fee was when I checked in. I just paid for my stay and checked out the next morning. Then I noticed an additional $25 charge on my card. When I called, they said they hadn’t……

“Everything was good except the light fan combination for the bathroom. Fan was hideously loud and came on automatically with the light. Showered without the light because it was that bad.”

“Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy. “Rooms weren't cleaned; I did not get the room I reserved due to it not being cleaned, and that goes for several others who were there. I had to use my flashlight through the hallway in order to see to get to my room. The majority of the electrical wasn't working, the shower did not work and the pool was inoperable. There were so many issues that I cannot remember them all. The fire department should shut this place down for multiple code violations as this place was an utter fire hazard. ……

“The room was clean the motel itself inside was clean. The staff was great to work with. The price was fair On the downside, the air conditioner system was not the best, I had it all the way down to the lowest temperature setting and was still warm in the room. They advertise a free breakfast, I think they should change that, they should advertise free coffee and a bagel... Lol In fact we would just get up every morning and go straight to the waffle House or McDonald's. Not much of a……

“The place looked very questionable/dirty upon arrival. Smoke smell in hallway as they offer smoking rooms. Side door near the room I had looked shattered. Building material was stacked in the hallway. Ice machine appeared very dirty. I would have left if I could have received a refund.”
