“Our stay at Pinôt Boutique Hotel was sensational; warm greeting with a lot of thought put into every detail to ensure 5 star comfort. The decor, personalized service when it came to assisting us with restaurant reservations and other local activities, excellent cocktail service, spacious rooms and lockers to store our sport equipment are all part of the package. “Établissement en réparation. Mais aucun avis de sécurité pour les escaliers. C'en est dangereux puisqu'il y a une marche supplémentaire au bas de l'escalier, le tout recouvert de carton de même couleur. Cela aurait pris un ligne de couleur rouge pour avertir qu'il a cette marche supplémentaire qui n'est pas de la même dimension que celles dans le restant de l'escalier. Mon épouse et moi sommes tombés à cause de cela. De plus, le stationnement n'est pas pavé, de la boue partout parce que l'on……

“Lovely location! The different staff in the brewery were simply wonderful. A delicious breakfast was included each day. We ate a fantastic dinner, filled with locally sourced ingredients. Parking was directly beside the building.”

“We booked an "Intermediate Condo" for a family trip with kids and came away disappointed on almost every front. Booking runaround: I called a full week before our stay to ask about switching to a smaller unit since our group size had changed. I was told someone would call me back — no one ever did. When I followed up days later, I was told their policy doesn't allow changes within 7 days. So I called within the window, they dropped the ball, and I was stuck paying for more space than I needed.……

“room was big and clean, as expected for the price. however, the fireplace is cheap, tv is tiny, and the walls are paper thin. we clearly heard coughing, light chatter, and snoring throughout the night. there was lots of ice around the property, very dangerous for less mobile folk nothing complimentary in terms of in room water/beverages, or snacks (besides coffee+creamers) we found it interesting that breakfast was not included, which is surprising for a 300+$ room. when we booked we didn’t……

“Le petit déjeuner était parfait, je n'ai pas essayé la baignoire à remous et ma chanbre était vraiment très propre. De plus, avant mon arrivée on m'a textée pour me demander quelle genre de musique je préférais et à quelle température je voulais ma chambre. Donc, à mon arrivée, j'ai trouvé la télé allumée avec comme image un feu de foyer et de la munique classique et la température ambiante à 20 degrés tel que je l'avais demandé. J'ai bien apprécié cette attention. Merci. Michelle.”
