“This hotel is dirty. The shower curtain was stained. The carpets had dirt and grass in areas including the room. Couch was stained and bathtub was full of hair. Sadly it is the best available in Jonesboro without staying 30 miles aways.”

“Breakfast was delicious but restaurant was not open any other time. Bar opened at 5 pm but not stocked very well.”

“Not as nice as it used to be. Putting a stair step in the room to get into the high bed seems like the sensible thing to do. Breakfast was cold and not what you would expect from a good b &b. Better at a Waffle House by far. Will not stay again and do not recommend for seniors. Steep stairs might be challenging to some seniors.”

“Nice area to walk from the hotel for food and shopping. Also walking distance to the canal.”

“It was a step up from another hotel I tried to stay at. It’s not perfect but it’s comfortable enough to sleep. Staff was amazing and nice oh and love the fact they have a many snack rack in lobby so when I had a sugar craving I went at midnight to get one.”

“Clean room and air conditioner”

“One of our rooms was given to someone else before we arrived so we had to get a roll bed brought to our room instead of two queen beds as we paid for. I have not been compensated for this after complaining to management.”

“The property was nice and clean but once we got ready to check in, we had all kinds of discrepancies with getting our room because I paid over the phone but once I got there, they act like I didn’t pay -so they got that straight, we to our room and the floor was soaked and wet. Unfortunately we couldn’t get another room til next day -we kept asking for the manager but never got a chance to speak with her. This weekend we had a total of 8 rooms because we were intone for a wedding. Poor customer……

“The house is absolutely beautiful & well kept. Our stay in the Executive Suite was wonderful! Beds are comfortable & there are plenty of extra pillows if you need. The Weeks are gracious hosts who made our stay comfortable & delightful. ”
