“This hotel is dirty. The shower curtain was stained. The carpets had dirt and grass in areas including the room. Couch was stained and bathtub was full of hair. Sadly it is the best available in Jonesboro without staying 30 miles aways.”

“The room was clean, and neatly arranged. I stayed 3 nights, the staff was helpful and polite. I arrived late in the evening to a thermostat set at 72 degrees. A nice addition to the late July heat. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in the area that will have minimum impact your pocket book.”

“I've stayed at this property several times throughout the years due to its location . Main street, the river, restaurants, bars and shops are a couple blocks away. While the staff is always great, the property experience over the last couple of years was not so great.....the rooms were poorly cleaned, the furniture worn, and most common items ( towels, hangers, ironing boards, etc) missing. This year, however, was a TOTALLY different experience! Great room, very clean, well appointed .……

“Room was clean and parking was great. I was able to park near the door because I had someone handicap with me.”

“The property was nice and clean but once we got ready to check in, we had all kinds of discrepancies with getting our room because I paid over the phone but once I got there, they act like I didn’t pay -so they got that straight, we to our room and the floor was soaked and wet. Unfortunately we couldn’t get another room til next day -we kept asking for the manager but never got a chance to speak with her. This weekend we had a total of 8 rooms because we were intone for a wedding. Poor customer……

“The house is absolutely beautiful & well kept. Our stay in the Executive Suite was wonderful! Beds are comfortable & there are plenty of extra pillows if you need. The Weeks are gracious hosts who made our stay comfortable & delightful. ”
