The space
This condo is located in the lower level of a newly remodeled, private home. It is above-grade and bright, with a private entrance and stunning city and mountain views.

-Parking: two parking spaces designated to guests. This parking pad is just outside the rental entrance.
-EV 220 Tesla charging available for use upon request (located at upper portion of the property)

-High security: the property is gated (guests will have a gate remote), key entry to unit.
*(This is not any kind of complex, it is a gated, privately owned one acre property with two homes).
- Storage lockers (for guests only) available to store ski/snow gear at no cost. Safe in unit.

You have access to the entire lower unit, with the exception of two locked storage/utility closets.
