Nestled in between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons in the idyllic Cottonwood Heights community, you'll be in close proximity to the Brighton Ski Resort, Solitude Ski Resort, Alta Ski Area, and Snowbird Ski Resort. Local dining favorites Porcupine Pub and Grill and La Caille are about two miles away, while the bustle of Salt Lake City is a short drive away. The glamorous community of Park City is a pleasant 30-mile trek east where you can shop at the outlets, indulge in fine dining or simply enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Sophisticated decor and tasteful furnishings adorn the refined living area. A colorful area rug complements the brown leather sofas that surround the charming fireplace. Settle into the comfy furniture for an evening of movies on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV, or turn on the fireplace for some ambiance while you sip a glass of wine. The well-designed layout opens into the kitchen making it simple to refill glasses and replenish hors d'oeuvre platters.
The modern kitchen features gleaming hardwood floors and modern appliances for hosting a holiday feast or preparing a hearty breakfast before a day out on the slopes. The classically decorated primary suite is furnished with two luxurious queen beds. A second bedroom contains a king bed and opens into the private balcony. The third bedrooms contains three twin beds and a full bed in total with two individual beds and a wooden bunk bed. The fourth bedroom contains a king bed.
A second fully-furnished living area provides ample space for entertaining. Organize a or movie marathon on the flatscreen TV.

Cottonwood Heights City strictly enforces a prohibition on hot tub use between 10pm and 8am.
Complex quiet hours are 10pm to 8am everyday.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
