Spend your next family ski-cation at this spacious townhome located between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Featuring soaring ceilings, top-of-the-line amenities, and comfortable furnishings throughout, this home is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts who want to enjoy the mountains year-round. This wonderful getaway includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, an adjacent dining room with seating for eight, an inviting living area with a gas fireplace, and a lower-level media room with a large, flatscreen TV -- a great place for the kids to tuck themselves away for a little while! In the summertime, dine al fresco on your furnished deck, complete with a gas grill, while your private, outdoor hot tub can be used throughout the year to soothe those trail-weary muscles. For a bit of fun indoors, an arcade gaming system has recently been installed for some throwback videogames that everyone can enjoy!

This townhouse is just a short walk from the ski bus that runs between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, with additional access to four of Utah's greatest resorts, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton, all of which are within 15 miles of this home. If you need to stock up on ingredients and other essentials, you’ll find a Smith's grocery store just a half-mile from your front door. And when it's time to head into the big city, downtown SLC is only 18 miles northwest.

Cottonwood Heights City strictly enforces a prohibition on hot tub use between 10pm and 8am.
Complex quiet hours are 10pm to 8am everyday.

Parking notes: The garage offers space for two small cars, while two additional vehicles may be parked in the driveway.There is additional parking available at the end of Clover Spring Lane. No on-street parking allowed, all personal vehicles must be parked completely on the driveway; the exception is the overflow lot. RVs, boats, trailers or inoperable vehicles are not allowed on the driveway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House was great. Nice Size. We had 5 adults and 1 infant. Home was clean and well appointed. Bedding was good. 2nd floor was a little hot but acceptable. Heat wave was happening during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Three Star Property, Five Star Responsiveness
Let me start by saying I would stay at this property again. From my experience, this is 3 star property. It is worn, and everything from mechanicals (doors, fixtures, hinges, drawers, beds, dressers, fans, etc.) to appearance (paint, carpet, deck, etc,) to spiders in the basement rooms, needs attention or updating. This is a high traffic property where it is cleaned between stays (and the cleaning was done well) but overall maintenance seems to be done on an exception or complaint basis. The issues we had were addressed immediately and with courtesy and capability. Patricia and Marlon were great! Their 5 star responsiveness bring this experience up to a 4 star overall rating. The neighborhood is safe, very nicely maintained and was in a perfect location for us. We were hiking in the canyons and it was ideal. In summary, this is a great place to stay and the price matched the experience.
