Great Location, Great Place, Terrific Hosts

We were staying the week for our annual Utah Ski Safari and really appreciated the central location close to restaurants and everything. Our hosts were great communicators and very fast to take care of any needs.

Great location

I plan to stay there again next time our convention is in SLC. The neighborhood is great, walking distance to the convention center and hikes near by as well. The owner is very responsive to messages.

Beautiful home with fantastic location

Our family of 5 had a wonderful Christmas stay at this beautiful home. The property location is very convenient to downtown (walking distance to Temple Square and the City Creek mall) and short 35 minute drive to world class skiing. Loved our stay!!

Awesome location and excellent property

Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location! We were attending March Madness at the Delta Center and this spot afforded us easy access to downtown and the surrounding area. Wonderful communicative hosts as well. This is a great spot!

Great home for early Christmas🎄

Our family enjoyed an early Christmas stay here at Kyle’s home. The house was just lovely, clean and had a great layout. The location was absolutely ideal and we’d definitely would want to book again. We highly recommend this VRBO and Kyle as a host!

Sister trip

Location, location, location. Whether you want to go downtown or walk around the capitol; this is your place to stay. The house was very clean and very comfortable. If any of us go to salt Lake again we will be staying here.

Family vacation

Hillside house was perfect for our family. Our son recently moved to Salt Lake City so we brought his sisters and their husbands to visit. We loved the privacy of the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio! Great location to everything. Can’t wait to visit SLC again!

Great place on capital hill

We loved this house. Excellent location near downtown and the state capital. Easy walk down the hill to the city center or one block up the hill to the capital building. Super clean house with modern updates and well designed space. Kyle did an excellent job of decorating.

Perfect location in SLC

Walking distance to the state capital and downtown. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. The house was perfectly clean, well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommend as long as stairs are not a problem. The multiple levels add to privacy of bedrooms.

Salt Lake Charm

This was our first experience in Salt Lake City. We truly enjoyed the location of the house. It's vicinity was close to the ski resorts, just a short walk to state capitol, and the downtown is very walkable with several nice shops and good restaurants. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. We will be back.

Beautiful home, great neighborhood!

I’ll get my nitpicking out-of-the-way, no TVs in any of the bedrooms. This home is immaculate, professionally decorated, executive class. The neighborhood is amazing, one block up the hill is the state capital building, two blocks down the hill are all the major sites downtown. Close to everything!

Just Perfect!

Our family rented this home for a week in January and it was everything we had hoped for and more. The home is clean, updated, has all the amenities you hope to see in a rental and is the perfect location. It's an easy walk to get downtown, lots of places to eat are close by , and we had some good walks up and around the capitol, to City Creek and the Memory Grove Park. Plenty of space for our family. The owner responds quickly to questions and lives close by and will work to accommodate your needs. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit SLC!

House was nice as pictured and in a great location just a block from the capital. Was a little dissappinted with minimal kitchen cookware as we loke to cook and the noisy traffic. Not sure if timing of our visit had anything to do with high traffic but there was frequent motor vehicles running up and down street including alot of annoying motorbikes that could be heard. We had to ask host to unlock thermostat settings which was a bit unusual and kind of unconfortable but he did accomodate. The written house rules asked to take off shoes at enterance which was also unusual and didnt make for a welcoming first impression but not a big deal. We will try elsewhere next time. If your looking for a nice place to stay close to downtown and the capital though this may be a good option. For what its worth we also stayed in nearby Provo and enjoyed that city much better. Provo is not far from SLC and people were freindlier and city is less congested in our experience.

It IS the best location!

Someone has been watching HGTV. House was remodeled beautifully. There were ample supplies normally not found in rentals (detergents, spices, paper products and especially coffee w/filters). Had a self inflicted issue with HVAC. Sent text to Kyle who immediately went online and reset thermostat. Best rental experience to date.
