“Very clean. All the amenities one might need and having a kitchenette was helpful. I have mobility issues and everyone on the staff was incredibly helpful. There are a couple tips I would like to leave. For others with mobility issues, the trek to the beach was arduous. I found easy access to the beach on 3rd Street in Emerald Isle which is not far away. There’s parking, a ramp, and a very short walk with no steps. And for the owners of Beacon, I would suggest leaving instructions for the air……

“This was our second year staying at Colony by the Sea, and it’s safe to say we’ll absolutely be back! While we experienced a very minor hiccup on our first day, Naomi personally stepped in and took care of everything immediately. That’s the kind of customer service that turns a small inconvenience into a reason to come back. She was responsive, professional, genuinely caring, and made sure our vacation got right back on track. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We……

“very helpful and friendly staff. we would, and will, return to stay with them.”

“屋里有异味儿，窗外有吵闹声。”

“優點：浴室有spa的裝置可以使用，房間內有小的流理台方便處理食物 缺點： 旅館位在海邊不遠，整體感覺很潮濕，不舒服。水質有點滑滑的，洗完澡也覺得沒洗乾淨。”

“TV system was terrible….. TV wouldn’t work properly for most of our stay…. The tv in the bedroom area rarely worked and the channels were not the same as the one in the sitting area when it did function properly. Staff admitted there were problems but did not know how to help….. some channels were not available on the tv in the bedroom. TVs were out dated.”

“Great location. Staff were wonderful. We felt like hotel staff were genuinely interested in making our stay a great one.”

“I didn’t realize this condo was actually a motel room, which is fine, however the door is exposed to any and everyone with only a deadbolt. No inside only lock for protection. There needs to be something you can lock from the inside as well. It was just 2 females alone so we used furniture and suitcases to blocks the door just to feel a little safer.”

“Very pleasant.”

“Parking was a little tight but everything else was good”

“Room was clean”

“Very nice stay. Extra towels available in room. Clean and comfortable.”

“The room was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Loved the step in shower! You need to bring drinks and snacks due to very limited vending done near the front desk. Also, no breakfast is served but Dunkin Donuts is right next door! Nice place to stay. Pet friendly.”

“Very clean, beautiful room. We will stay again! Thank you for our short but wonderful stay😽💕”
