“Andrea the owner is terrific. Accommodating, accessible and ready to help. The property is historic and close to the Tivoli attractions. Nice free breakfast. Value spot. Tip: could use better AC when summer temps rise above 92 degrees!”

“If I could give Filippo 6 stars here I would. We travel all the time in Italy, since I work a quarter of the year there. He was amazing. Way beyond typical niceties. Set us up in the most amazing restaurant in town, gave sound advice on where to go for the best wine selection, etc. we’ll be going back. Place is great too. Filippo is the best.”

“Exceptional property! Really loved the beautiful room with its artistic and historic details. Clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need during your stay. Also a great location with easy access to restaurants, shops and attractions. We walked less than 5 minutes to Villa D’Este! Marco (host) was a delight to meet and chat with. We were grateful for all the info and tips he shared with us. We had a lovely breakfast of a croissant right from the bakery, freshly squeezed orange juice……

“A truly brilliant location and the restaurant is excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you are traveling by car the walk to the public car park is not a problem and the hotel will help you with your bags if you let them know. I hope to return! If you have mobility issues the stairs from reception to the rooms may be trying.”

“Struttura funzionale e pulita anche se non di recente costruzione. Posizione comoda per visitare il parco Magicland a circa 15-20 minuti. Colazione buona. Parcheggio nella struttura. Quadrupla con letti stesi e non a castello, camera ampia e con un grande terrazzo. Frigorifero in camera.”
