"This motel is a great option if you’re looking for somewhere close to the airport, especially for an early flight. That’s exactly why we chose it, and it made getting to the airport the next morning super easy. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and overall we felt like we got really good value for the price. Parking is available for $20 USD per night for hotel guests. A huge shoutout to Trenya for her outstanding customer service—she made me feel so welcome, and it was genuinely lovely chatting with her. In terms of amenities, it’s pretty basic. There’s no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion provided, but there is coffee/tea and a fridge in the room. Overall, I’d recommend staying here if you’re looking for an affordable, no-frills option close to the airport."

"Day staff was polite and courteous .. overnight guy was terrible .. barely awake ..couldn't understand what he was saying cause he mumbled .. seems he really didn't want to be bothered .. otherwise good place to stay "

"I booked this hotel because of the multiple hot tubs that they listed. I even called the property before booking to make sure that the hot tubs were in working condition. Of course, only one whole hot tub was open and it was freezing cold. There were lots of people at the pool that day and everyone was frustrated! Also upon arriving, I noticed our room was a little warm, but we set the air conditioning and left to go exploring and did not come back until past 9 PM. The room was still warm and we noticed that in the middle of the night the thermostat reset back up to a higher temperature. I told them about this the next day and had to ask multiple times for someone to come fix the air conditioning. I was also told upon leaving by the manager Rajiv that I would receive one night refund and then they never gave it! They won't return any calls or help resolve the issue. Completely ridiculous as a Hilton member, I am so disappointed."

While it was my guest’s first visit to Los Angeles, this was my third trip—but it had been quite a while, so it felt really good to reconnect with the city. There was definitely a learning curve when booking through a third party, but as they say, you learn something new every day! What immediately stood out to me was the hotel’s architecture and design. I truly appreciated how the original mid-century structure was preserved while blending in a modern, creative style. The exposed concrete, open lobby, and energetic atmosphere gave the hotel a unique personality that felt both artistic and welcoming. The lobby was one of my favorite spaces—vibrant, open, and full of character. I also really enjoyed stopping by Alfred Coffee and had an amazing dinner and breakfast at Openaire Restaurant, which felt like a special treat during my stay. My room was comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the view of the Hollywood Hills was beautiful. The natural light pouring into the room made the space feel warm and inviting.
