“This apartment is spotless clean and neat. The apartment is spacious and livable, with good sized bedrooms, and a nice dining table and living area. Everything works well and is in great shape. We did not use the backyard - but it is not as nice as the rest of the property. The neighborhood is quiet but the property does have plane traffic overhead as it’s under the flight path from nearby airport. We didn’t have any problem with plane noise. We liked being so close to downtown Hyannis with food……

“Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and creatively decorated with thought and style and the surrounding area was both quaint and picturesque. We spent Labor Day weekend there and experienced “Illuminattion Night” which was very cool. Rebecca made some great recommendations, and although it’s right next to a marina, it was incredibly quiet. We would love to stay again. ”

The Sailboat Suite was very spacious and lots of great character. Positive reviews all around from our group. We enjoyed checking out the local places - Park view diner, Marc Anthony’s, Glen cove restaurant, Nana's ice cream, Ryan’s amusements, basketball courts, the beach, and took a drive to the Sandwich boardwalk.
