“We enjoyed the quiet and garden-like setting of this space. The kitchen is fully equiped for cooking and baking, the bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, and the high ceilings gave it a spacious feel. Being able to walk to Mt Tabor Park was also a highlight, and we also liked the available street parking, the washer/drier unit, the AC unit, the easy check-out, and the sounds of squirrels playing on the roof. We slept well on the queen bed in the one bedroom and our teenage son slept well on……

“Very comfortable and well maintained cottage on the river. Everything was as described. Quiet location. Worked great as a base camp to see the Portland area and beyond.”

“Great home in a beautiful part of Portland. Nicely appointed home worked out great for us. Would definetly stay here again. The driveway is super steep but worked great for us. Garage fit our vehicle which was a mid size SUV. ”

“Dawns cottage is in the cute diverse Brooklyn district with great connections to the city and downtown. The space and backyard were like a peaceful temple, gorgeous lawn with hammock. Would highly recommend not to mention the bikes on hand to go explore the city :)There is also a nature reserve not even a 20minute walk down the road. So serene to walk at sunset.”

“This VRBO rental was perfect! Easy check in. Beautifully designed and so clean and comfortable. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, chocolate, yoga mat etc were lovely to have on hand. Also this a perfect location for walking and accessing the city. ”

“This tiny home is perfect for 2 people. It's clean and has all the amenities you would need. There is a washer and dryer which was so helpful. The bed is very comfortable and the set up is so cozy, with a warmly lit lamp and a ton of pillows and blankets, perfectly situated in front of the tv. Courtney was easy to communicate with and very considerate. The location was easy to find and there was convenient street parking out front. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants within……

“Was a great getaway without having a 2 hour drive to the coast or mountain. Even though you are conveniently located to 205 you would never know it. It is set back from the road and right down near the river. My son went down to the dock and fished and was successful. Owners of the property happened to be on-site and dropped off some fishing bait and gave some recommendations. Great family. We will book again. ”
