You will enjoy your time on Sanibel Island in this gorgeous third-floor unit that has been recently updated with a completely renovated kitchen, including granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances....everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Lovely living room furniture has been updated. Sit back and relax on the new comfy couches with a queen-size sleeper sofa. The large screened lanai runs the length of the living/dining room and offers a spectacular view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home. The master suite has a king bed and access to a smaller private lanai. The guest room has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators? all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! And remember, it's just a short walk to the beach and pool. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4.
